BAGGAGE AND TRAVEL INFORMATION

Your baggage allowance is noted on on your e-ticket itneray. Anything in excess of the stated allowance will be subject to an Excess Baggage charge and its carriage is at the discretion of the airline.

LOST OR DAMAGED BAGGAGE

After check in, the airline is respnsible for insurance claims

for lost or damaged baggage whilst in their care.

Any lost or stolen items MUST be reported immediately

to the airline concerned.

Please ensure they provide you with a 'Property Irregularity Form' as proof.

FLIGHT TIMES

The timings shown on your e-ticket receipt are based on localtimes. Please reconfirm your return flights with the airline locally at least four days prior to your return date.

When reconfirming, please quote your airline reference, name and date of travel. If you are told the

airline that your flight is on time,

please ask them to quote you the details in full.

Finally!! Please allow yourself enough time to get to the airport to arrive in good time for check in. if you miss your flight because of late check in, it is left to the discretion of the airline to decide if you will be booked on an alternative flight.

CHECK LIST BEFORE TRAVEL

We all know that there are a million and one things to do before travelling. Here are some key pointers:

If carrying prescribed drugs, ask your doctor for a letter to avoid confusion at customs.

Make sure you have purchased adequate Travel Insurance Don't rely on chance!! In most cases we can provide you with a policy up to the of departure.

Make sure your passport and travel documents are in order and valid for the duration of your journey.

If you are travelling to the USA or Canada you will need to get an electronic authorisation at least 72 hours before you depart.

This MUST be done online on the The Official Website for the USA and Canada on The Official Website. You MUST also be in possession of a valid machine readable pasport.

Have you checked whether you need any injections? Passport, visa and health information can be obtained online at Foreign Travel Advice.

Did you know you can check in with British Airways &

Virgin Atlantic online within 24 hours of departure? Go straight to the airlines website www.britishairways.com

or www.virginatlantic.com for this facility.

You can also pre allocate seats and pay for additional luggage at a discounted rate. You will need your airline reference as quoted on your itinerary.
